These riverbed rocks, although static, appear fluid and mobile shifting in shape and color like the patterns of a kaleidoscope under the shallow, moving water. Kaleidoscope is full of light, color and movement

My technique of pouring and mixing paint directly on a canvas is a way of connecting with the essence of fluidity. My work is part artistic vision and part serendipity, a fusion of forethought and randomness. I carefully capture any paint or resin which has overflowed and pooled beneath my boards and canvas and upcycle them into new 3D sculptural paintings.
